Reddit optimizes conversion campaigns on what the Reddit Pixel and the Conversions API report. When they stop, delivery goes on and learns from nothing.

- The account had at least 1.0 conversions a day over the 28 days before, and none in the last 3 days while it kept spending at 50% of its usual rate or more.

- Critical alert: tracking is probably broken.
