01What is a credit?+
A fixed slice of what we pay the model vendor — one credit is $0.01 of vendor spend. That is why a cheap image costs 4 credits and six seconds of the top video model costs 200: you pay for what the render actually costs, not a flat per-post fee. Every model price is listed on the Models & prices page.
02What happens if a render fails?+
Nothing is charged. Credits come off once, when a job succeeds. Polling a job is free, and retrying with the same idempotency key returns the original job rather than rendering — and billing — a second time.
03Do publishing and scheduling cost credits?+
No. Only generation spends credits. Publishing, scheduling, analytics, comments and DMs are free on every plan.
04Can I try it without a card?+
Yes. Signing up grants 25 credits with no card, and they work across every tool and both surfaces.
05Can I switch or cancel?+
Yes, at any time. Annual is billed once and works out cheaper per month; monthly can be cancelled whenever you like.
