Refund Policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026
This policy covers purchases of SuperGen, a service operated by Vasily Lukin. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it charges you, collects any sales tax or VAT, appears on your card statement, provides customer service for billing and handles refunds, under its Buyer Terms.
1. Failed generations
A generation that fails costs nothing: credits are only taken once a generation succeeds. You do not need to ask.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If SuperGen is not right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and that payment is refunded in full, monthly or annual.
3. Renewals
If a renewal charge was not what you wanted, ask within 14 days of it. If you have not spent any credits since the renewal, it is refunded in full.
4. Annual plans
Within the first 30 days of an annual plan you can cancel it and get the unused months back, pro rata. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal and the plan runs to the end of the year you paid for.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time in Settings → Billing. The plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again. When a payment is refunded, the credits it granted are removed from your balance.
6. Ad spend
Money you spend on ads is charged by the ad platforms directly, not by SuperGen, so we cannot refund it. Ask the ad platform about it.
7. How to ask
Ask for a refund at paddle.net, where you can look up your order by the email address you paid with, or reply to the receipt Paddle sent you. You can also write to team@supergen.tech from the email address of your account with the order number from your receipt. Refunds are made by Paddle to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
8. Your rights
This policy does not limit any right to a refund you have under the law of your country.
