Monthly ad budget pacing calculator
A month is on pace when its projected spend lands between 85% and 110% of the budget. The projection is spend so far plus the last 7 complete days’ daily average for every day left: the same rule as our audit check G-BUD-02.

Projected share of the budget. On pace is 85% to 110%, judged from day 7.
Exactly what this page computes
expected so far = budget × days elapsed / days in month daily rate = last 7 days’ spend / 7 (or spend so far / days elapsed) projected = spend so far + daily rate × days left on pace when 85% ≤ projected / budget ≤ 110%, judged from day 7 daily spend to land = (budget − spend so far) / days left Google Ads average daily budget for a month = monthly budget / 30.4
Our audit runs the same rule on a connected account as check G-BUD-02: Month heading off plan.

How to read it
Why the last 7 days rather than the month so far?+
Because spend changes during a month: a budget raised on the 10th makes the month-to-date average too low. The last full week reflects what the account spends now, and weekday swings even out over 7 days.
Why divide by 30.4 for Google Ads?+
For most campaigns, Google Ads charges at most 30.4 times the average daily budget in a month, and may spend up to twice the daily budget on a single day. A daily budget of the monthly budget divided by 30.4 lets it spend the month in full.
Why wait until day 7?+
In the first days a single slow or busy day moves the projection a lot. Our audit judges pacing from day 7 for the same reason; before that, this page shows the numbers and no verdict.
Let the audit run this on your whole account.
